THE METHOD

Markets decide what a brand is through behavior, before companies notice.

The Market Verdict is a way to read that decision. Scattered evidence, gathered honestly, until a pattern holds. That’s what the mark is: loose dots that join into a V.

THE SIGNAL HIERARCHY

Evidence earns its way up. Nothing skips a level.

L1NoiseThings that happened once and mean nothing yet.
L2ObservationOne real behavior from one source. Logged, not interpreted.
L3Qualified signalThe same behavior from three or more independent sources, and it passed the Signal Autopsy.
L4PatternOne or more qualified signals that repeat or hold together.
L5Real Brand candidateA market-role hypothesis strong enough to test in Crosscheck.
EVIDENCE CLASSES

Every claim carries its class.

Class ABehaviorWhat people did: bought again, referred someone, paid full price, switched.
Class BObserved languageWhat people said without being asked: reviews, forums, unprompted messages.
Class CPrompted answersWhat people said when asked. Useful for ideas, never decisive alone.
BeliefRecall and convictionWhat you think is true. Allowed on the page, labeled as such.
CROSSCHECK

The only place anything gets confirmed.

What your team sealed on the inside is set against the independent outside read, area by area. Each belief comes back with one of four verdicts.
